A look into the beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnessess
Jehovah's Witnesses believe their religion is a restoration of 1st-century Christianity. It is their belief that Jehovah (Holy Father of the Israelites) is the only true God. He created all things, and he is the Universal Sovereign. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that only He should be worshipped. He is not part of a Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). Jesus is the son of God. He is also not part of a Trinity. According to them, Holy Spirit is not a person but God's active force or applied power.
According to the religion, Jesus did not die on a traditional cross but on a single upright post. It considers Jesus as the only high priest and intercessor between God and humans. Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe that human religious leaders should have titles that elevate them over other common people. They believe that Jesus Christ is the key to salvation. According to them, human souls are not immortal. The religion does not believe in God torturing people in an everlasting hell. Satan, as per the Jehovah's Witnesses, was originally a perfect angel. He then developed vanity, and so was cast down to earth.
The recent death of Prince, the world-famous American singer, has prompted an interest in Jehovah's Witness religion because he was a Jehovian.

According to a Religious Landscape Study conducted by the Pew Research Center, Jehovah’s Witnesses make up just less than 1% of total U.S. adults. They are among the most ethnically and racially diverse religious groups in the United States. 36% of Jehovians are white, 27% black, 32% Hispanic, and 6% are mixed race. 65% of Jehovians are women. Jehovah’s Witnesses are less educated compared to the other religious groups in America. 63% of Jehovians do not hold more than a high school diploma. Compared to other U.S. religious groups, the Jehovah's Witness religion has a low retention rate. About 66% of the U.S. adults who were raised as a Jehovian no longer identify themselves as Jehovah's Witnesses. By contrast, about 65% of the U.S. adults who were raised as evangelical Protestants, and about 64% of U.S. adults who were raised as Mormons still identify themselves with their respective religions.
According to the survey, about 90% of Jehovians say that religion is very important to them and that they believe in God. About 94 % agree that the Bible is the word of God. Only 7% of Jehovah's Witnesses believe in hell. In comparison, about 70% of U.S. Christians believe in hell. About 83% of Jehovians believe that their religion is the one true faith to eternal life. In contrast, only 29% of U.S. Christians believe this about their own religion. About 85% of Jehovians attend religious services at least once a week. 90% pray on a daily basis.

About 75% of Jehovah's Witnesses agree that abortion should be illegal. 76% oppose same-sex marriage. About 74% of Jehovians reject the theory of evolution.
On a political note, 75% of Jehovah’s Witnesses say that they are political independents.
